Are you yawing or sleeping during your chantting?

Posted on February 26, 2009 at 6:00am 10 Comments

That´s very easy to solve!!!

Take a cup of coffee, banchá (green tea), coke or even a Red Bull...kkk before starting your chantting!

I always have a "bottle" of Banchá + green mate + brown sugar... I take it a bit before and during my chantting.

After this tip I have never EVER slept in front of my Gohonzon again.

To be more honest, my chantting now a days is a "mafioso daimoku"... there has being neither Karma nor evilness that can up… Continue

Absolutely, Nam MYoHo RenGe Kyo is indeed a Roar of Lion.  I chanted just 3 times with all my strength before collapsing on my bathroom floor then I surely felt that my heart artery blockage moved and let the blood and oxygen passed thru which prevented me to die!  Just 3 times of daimoku but that was all I could chant before my final moment!!!!!!!!!   Wow, what a power of MyoHo!

How are you doing, Annie?  I think that 12 days of Kamakura chanting I did from Dec. 23 thru January is starting to have its effect.  Great people I work with and I feel better healthwise.   Will do another 12 again soon!  Love & hugs
