Profile Information

About Me (tell us a little bit about yourself):
I have been chanting daimoku for 22 years and only hope to continue for the rest of my lives. The lovely Gakkai Queen pictured with me is Jewels, the precious woman in my life.
I have been writing poetry for over 40 years and my big benefit this past year was getting published in an anthology titled, "The Poet's Place, The Collected Works". It's available at amazon.com. I attended the Arts Conference last year at FNCC and was very insipired to continue my writing. I have written poems commemerating the women of my district for the past two February meetings. This year I have made a determination to publish a book of verse to honor all that my mother taught me as a youngster, so in a sense, it will also be a memoir.

I saw a a comment where you heard Vittoria's song "Turn Around". This song inspired me when I got out of the hospital a couple of years ago. She's a wonderful person too. I invited her here, so look her up . Her song "mirror" is great too. :)

Yes, it’s a big problem for economical now, when is the meeting between Mr. Obama and President Ikeda? as a lot of people lose the job in Taiwan, I’m so lucky no effect ~ sometimes I will share my good experience to the member how I got good job, it’s encouraged !! Fix on the goal and chant hardly, then do the actual action, I believe anyone will get good result !

I’m glad to know your activity In US, lately now we are busy for “community friendship culture festival ” as you can see it show from my photo. At this moment I face the problem, my European customer inform me they would like to visit our factory on April 11 ( we have 6 area in our county, April 11 will be held at my downtown, I’ll be the leader in charge of service ), so I have to chant for customer on this weekend, hope they will arrange another date, except April 11. As I told him April 11 is weekend, no running in factory, but I still wait their confirmation. Our member told me – there a lot of block (devil ) during this period which we hold big activity, but we must be successful and defeat !! This year 2009 is very important for Taiwan’s member, because we look forward to President Mr. Ikeda come in May 3, it will be President Ikeda first time come Taiwan to meet members !!! Hope I can see this special time before I go to Poland for business – chant !!! Take care ~ 2009.04.04 - Rachel
