Hello my friends,

HELP!!! LOL, Ok another obstacle but I see the rewards already. Pretty much everyone knows that I’ve been going from doctor to doctor since my operation to try and get my hormones straightened out. Well I did finally, it took 6 different kinds of doctors to get it right and I’m on the SAFE kind. The last doctor I went to after talking to me for a while said…. Have you ever seen your blood. I thought he was just a hormone specialist and he ended up being an MD, DO… Continue

This Past Year

My life filled with pain and sorrow

Wondering who’s next. Who will die tomorrow?

In just five months

First it was my stepmother

Then it was MY mother

She was so precious to me

I watched her die tragically and couldn’t help her

Then my sponsor, a day later a close friend

Will it ever end?

Again whose next? Who will it be?

Is it me?

My mind filled with fear

Hi Everyone,

I made it up the stairs to the computer. I'm alive! NO CANCER!!!! LOL Everything was amazing even in pain it was amazing. The doctor said when he opened me up he couldn't believe how big the tumor was. Also he said that the cysts on the right ovary was like a golf ball. I wasn't alone for 5 minutes in that hospital. My sister came up on Friday, my roomate Ken was there, then his dad and sister came up. My chapter leader came but I asked if everyone else could visit me… Continue

Color me Again

Haven't been able to write since my Mom passed but I tried yesterday.

Color Me Again

Everything I love is art

Creativity and expression

Colorful words with dancing photographs

And paintings that come a live

With your imagination

This is where I want to stay

But my daily life

Keeps me astray

I need to bring

What I yearn for

Into reality

And I don’t know how

A dance

That has a heart beat all its… Continue

Hi Nikki,

The Value Of A Smile
by Author Unknown

A smile cost nothing, but gives much.

It enriches those who receive,
without making poorer those who give.
It takes but a moment,
but the memory of it sometimes lasts forever.

None is so rich or mighty that he can get along without it,
and none is so poor but that he can be made rich by it.

A smile creates happiness in the home,
fosters good will in business,
and is the countersign of friendship.
It brings rest to the weary,
cheer to the discouraged,
sunshine to the sad,
and is nature's best antidote for trouble.

Yet it cannot be bought, begged, borrowed, or stolen,
for it is something that is of no value to anyone
until it is given away.

Some people are too tired to give you a smile.
Give them one of yours,
as none needs a smile so much as he who has no more to give.
