The topic was the Ten Worlds, I guess it must have come out of something to do with the mutual containment of all ten worlds in any one of them, because Greg was talking about being in the eternity of the moment. Chaim said that he was always living in the past or the future, and he envied his dog for the dog's enlightenment, because for dogs there is no past and no future: they are always in the moment. Then Greg came up with this capsule of wisdom: when you are living too much in the past, you experience regret, and when you are living too much in the future, you experience anxiety. So Chaim topped that with this: "I regret the anxiety."

Awesome. What a meeting! I wish I could have recorded it in its entirety, because there's no way I could remember all of the wisdom flying around like friendly song birds flitting overhead in that roomful of Buddhas.

Anybody else got a good snippet from a discussion meeting?
