Dear SGI comrades,
My mother passed away peacefully this afternoon (June 21, 2011). She has survived coma three times and just been discharged from the hospital two weeks ago. She is also a cancer survivor for more than 8 years. In January 2003, she was diagnosed for pancreatic cancer (final stage). She only went through a major surgery when 1/3 of her pancreas, gallbladder, 1/2 of her stomach and part of her intestine (colon) was removed. Surgery took 8 hours. She didn't have chemotherapy and radiotherapy. She was able to prolong her life for slightly more than 8 years. She is a strong woman.
We are going to miss her very much.
Nam-myoho-renge-kyo.

Deepest condolences, Frankie! Thank you for sharing a little bit of her life. Will be sending her daimoku.
best,
Dan
Frankie, my condolences to you and your family.
Dear Frankie, my deepest condolence to you & your family. Parting from your beloved Mom must be a very difficult moment for you. At this time I deeply pray and chant for her eternal peace and that she be reborn into a kosen rufu family. Me and my brother often talk of you.. We love your Mom and we appreciate the life force she had! Take care Frankie!
Nam Myoho Renge Kyo..Nam Myoho Rege Kyo!
Dear SGI Comrades,
We have daimoku chanting for my mother tonight. Tomorrow night we will have the SGM ceremony for her at 20h00 (GMT +7) at my home.
My mother started chanting NMRK last year and it took me 35 years to shakubuku her. For the last 35 years I have been praying for her to have the good fortune to embrace the Gohonzon and chant Nam-myoho-renge-kyo. My prayer is answered. What a joy for me in this victory.
