A senior leader said I must not get angry. But I often get angry. Now at least I am aware that I am angry and I start chanting Nam Myoho Renge Kyo in my heart.

funny thing, Derwin, Nicholas, after group yesterday, i went and picked up my eldest daughter and while driving home with her, received a phone call from the mother of my youngest daughter - she really started pushing my buttons - and though I did raise my voice and argue with her, it was not as bad as in the past, thus easier to repair. you know how we had been talking about prayer during daimoku, well this morning, I new what to pray for, and almost as soon as I was finished, I knew I had to e-mail the mother a for mentioned and ask for what I needed, as well, acknowledge it caused us both pain to interact in such a way. she called me back about an hour later with a totally different attitude.! I felt so grateful and after going to the store, did a midday 30 minute daimoku to acknowledge the gift as well,to ask for more strength. I also prayed for kosen rufu to spread, especially here in our town of Boone.

peace love and respect

I dunno if i have bipolar disorder but i DO get angry pretty easily. A little voice in my head would say AWFUL things that would tick me right off. It might sound silly at times I get all worked up inside because some bloke brushed against my shoulders on the bus. I guess have a lot of demons and EGO/pride issues that need to be addressed. Chanting helped me stay out of trouble many times. I'm extremely grateful to Nam-myoho-renge-kyo.
