I have been practicing Buddhism for 20 years. My family is wonderful; my kids are 15, 13, 10. We're having a marvelous time together. I have only the greatest respect and admiration for them and my husband. We enjoy camping and entertaining friends and neighbors.
I'm currently earning a doctorate degree in Educational Leadership w/Specialization in Curriculum and Instruction. My passion is to implement Soka Education for the retraining of adult populations. To this end, I am currently involved in redesigning adult education programs at the State level in Michigan.
My biggest question at this point is this: How can we use our practice to bring people together for the greater good? to create tremendous value? to foster peace? It is easy to work together with those with whom you agree. How do you use your practice to create value with those with whom you do not agree? Love to hear your thoughts!
