About Me (tell us a little bit about yourself):: Hello! I searched my whole life for this Buddhism, and I finally found it in 1985 when I lived in San Francisco. I live in Downers Grove with my two teenage fortune babies, Aaron and Ben. I work at a large retirement community as Director of Sales and Community Outreach. I am a professional public speaker with a talk entitled "Change Your Words, Change Your Life" It is all about replacing the words we habitually use with words that are more empowering in every way!

I love the word "Mirth", I love every word that makes me laugh. In the speech I give I teach people to use words like "underwhelmed" instead of "upset" or "disappointed". Instead of "angry" I suggest "a little miffed" because you can't say that without smiling! Sounds like we're on a similar mission my new friend!
