About Me (tell us a little bit about yourself):
I was born in St Vincent and the Grenadines, lived in NYC where I received Gohonzon six years ago and now I'm presently living in Paris.
What a journey it has been!!!

Having been raised in St Vincent and the Grenadines " SVG" with it's nature and freedom to roam. Then there is my dearest mother who planted the seed of "Cause and Affect" in my culture it's " What goes around will come around" with a spiritual background I was able to leave home at the age of sixteen to start mylife in America which was so appealing... Leaving my convent life behind!

Seeking Spirit

Posted on January 25, 2010 at 4:59am 2 Comments

I spent the Holidays in the tropical sun, three great weeks with family and friends!!!

It was my best Vacation to end 2009 and bring in 2010!

Returned to Paris in the Cold, no sunlight and snow which is very rare.

For the likes of me, I am having such a hardtime starting 2010.

I haven't abandon my Practice, Faith, or my Studies,

however I have lower my hand on my activities....

Which I'll continue at the next date!

The changes I seek in my Buddhist family, I'm… Continue

In a few weeks, I'll be taking my first Test and it would not be in my maternal language. How exciting is that?
No matter what the result is at the end of the day, I know that I have put my body and soul in preparing for it!!!!
studing has really changed my life, and that in it's self is my victory!!!!!

Hi Jem,

The Value Of A Smile
by Author Unknown

A smile cost nothing, but gives much.

It enriches those who receive,
without making poorer those who give.
It takes but a moment,
but the memory of it sometimes lasts forever.

None is so rich or mighty that he can get along without it,
and none is so poor but that he can be made rich by it.

A smile creates happiness in the home,
fosters good will in business,
and is the countersign of friendship.
It brings rest to the weary,
cheer to the discouraged,
sunshine to the sad,
and is nature's best antidote for trouble.

Yet it cannot be bought, begged, borrowed, or stolen,
for it is something that is of no value to anyone
until it is given away.

Some people are too tired to give you a smile.
Give them one of yours,
as none needs a smile so much as he who has no more to give.

How about you?

Are you a woman leader of your district too?
Pls let me know later.
