- I'm retired and spend my time reading, walking and dancing 5 Rhythms. I also enjoy Biodanza and am a member of my local U3A. Music, theatre, cinema - the usual stuff. I'm also interested in current affairs and the zeitgeist. I read about what makes us human, psychology and neuroscience and generally finding out about the wide variety of human behaviour. Oh, and I also fulfil my SGI-UK responsibility.
