- I take pictures of rust, petals, and edges. I read biographies and books about light. I study stones and uncover rhymes. I make the best-tasting spaghetti sauce in the world. I parlay away with people, pooches, pussy-cats, percherons, poetry, and prose. I wear silk skirts I buy for less than a dollar. I admire all things peacock and I take energy from gold. I embrace a lot of red and I get excited by pieces of glass. I wash, I walk, I wonder. Only passion pleases and only peace eases. I own my pain and I claim my joy.
