About Me (tell us a little bit about yourself):
I was born into Soka Gakkai back when it was NSA. My mom was Mrs. Kiyoko Cheng. My maiden name is Tatsuko Cheng. I hope I can get in contact with oldtime members with whom I haven't had contact in years.
I am married with two beautiful daughters.

Ms. T:

I keep forgetting to check this site! Are you on Facebook? Theresa Hampton found me there. She isn't a Buddhist so I couldn't refer her here, lol.

Hi, Tatsuko. Do you have any Brass Band pictures from that time? I'd like to share them on my Brass Band Alumni page. Thanks.

Hi, Tatsuko. I was one of the flashy drummers. Vince Buonocre, Charlie Maier and Ed Hoke had the best technique!

Hi Tatsuko. Of course I remember you! I am happy to hear of your daughters and your life and that all is well.

I am still writing music, living on the beach in Rogers Park, and definitely enjoying life ~ sunrises, moonrises, and the sound of the surf through my windows. . .

Peace and Love

How wonderful to hear from you! It's been a very rough over the years for me out here on the East Coast. They've gotten better these last 4 or so and now things are absolutely marvelous. I've not found your address to write in my last two moves. I need to catch up with you and your lovely family!

Hi, Tatsuko.
That was a great time. Do you have any pictures from that era? I need to add some pictures to my Brass Band Alumni group. I have fond memories of training the members in my drum section for the parades and other activities.

Hi there, Tatsuko! Nice to hear from you. Remember Kotekitai, the practices, the parades, shows, national conventions, and how the bus broke down on our way to New York? Hoo boy! Happily stuff like that are funny, strange, faith-strengthening memories. Why were we stranded for 11 hours? Let's NOT do that again! ha ha. ho ho... good times. No really that wasn't funny. And we said one day we'll all look back and laugh... Not Yet!
