Yoga is a great way to stretch your body as well as your life. We are not a standing culture. We are not a stretching culture. We sit over our computers, our steering wheels, or our children. We tend to bend over. Just the reason to bend backwards. What goes one way, should go the other way to keep our spine supple and stretched. Obesity, on one… Continue

To save the world
one's got to have
a great heart in one's chest
the focus of a Batman
and the timing of a Superman
in one's head
to race a few times around the world
to support whoever's falling
to answer phones, step out to shoulder
those who come a' calling
then remind them of the jewel within themselves
instead of labelling them victims
and keep compassion and wisdom through it all
humility, true valour, true…

All my friends in Los Angeles have been looking for her. Many have reached out but she is nowhere to be found. Where she shows up, that's where she is. And she visited Dallas in guidance and visiting meetings with members in the Oklahoma/Texas Zone. She is not only the SGI-USA Women's General Director, she is the Central Territory Leader. She and her co-Territory leaders are totally focused on the 2nd Act of Kosen Rufu. Great meeting, strong encouragement and nurturing focus on… Continue

(this is my personal report of the impressions during the SGI Youth meeting in Milano, Italy, 2008. I hope you will enjoy it...)
Day 1: March 15th, 2008
Sigh.....
Imagine yourself lifting up and away out of the lashing rains and cloudy colds of the Netherlands....think of yourself, having kept your soundness and sanity over the past few weeks where people scrambled over each other to keep working against the clock while the many fell struck by flu and…

I gave this version at a few SGI meetings in Japan. An edited version was in the World Tribune in late 2005.
Hello, my name is Timothy Harada. You can call me Tim. I’m from Orange County, California in the U.S.
皆さん、こんにちは。ティムハラダと申します。 アメリカ・カリフォルニア州・オウレンジ郡から参りました。
My mother started chanting Nam Myo-ho Ren-ge Kyo, when I was an 11-month-old baby. I started to chant and learn Gongyo at about the age of 5, in a young boys and girls group, in the…

My main blog is at

The Forever Green Tour!
Namaste!
For nearly two years I've held the intention to tour America in an RV. I intended to meet people, create community and make a difference. Now all that and more is about to happen!
I first travelled showing "The Secret" before it came out and met thousands of people; people that value community and enjoy creating a better world like me. When convential teachings left them…

Okay it's not a joke it's OKLAHOMA!!! There is a woman at my place of work that came in today wearing blue. aqua - Blue pants, aqua-blue shirt, aqua-blue hoodie, and her aqua-blue house slippers. I of course am celebrating Earth Day and am wearing white pants, white t-shirt with a green sheer oversized shirt from India. I walk into the kitchen and she says, "you're wearing green. Why are you wearing green?"
I'm pretty sure she's related to Larry the Cable Guy....…

How wonderful to wake up this morning....
to a beautiful spring day...
with a warm sun in the sky
and bright yellow tulips
greeting me as I look out on my yard.
Winter always turns into Spring

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- There is no guarantee of success. But there is a guarantee that if you never go for it, you'll never have it. And even in the failed attempts, you'll learn and grow. In order to succeed, you must proceed. Today is a great day to start. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This site now has over 825 members! It looks like the movement has gone from Finland over to Iceland (any friends there, yet?) and back to the Netherlands. Which of the 190 SGI countries is it going to next? Where will the 1000th member to this site be from?

I struggle with it at times. My puppies are incredible examples of unconditional love. They love and adore me no matter what I look like or am feeling. So many of my relationships have been about me and my needs. I am learning to be of service to others, to just give, bottom line, with no expectations of receiving something in return. It feels great to just be giving. To love and to be loved, those are our 2 only needs in life. If we love and accept love, we will feel complete, full of purpose.…
