Today I remembered the feeling I get when ever a meeting is over and how I feel so good and hopeful driving home. I told my husband this and he encouraged me to go even though he had himself caught my sickness. When I was driving to the meeting two of the members passed me in their car and yelled out hello to me through the window. WOW…

For almost 40 years, I've struggled with depression and a nagging feeling that something was “wrong” with me.
In 1983, at age 21, I'd dropped out of college because I had been too depressed to get out of bed and attend class. The drugs had made me manic and psychotic. I didn't sleep, I had…

I just read this and had to share it!
President Ikeda said in his book "Buddhism in a New Light". "An important aspect of what we call
enlightenment, or human revolution, is to change the way we see ourselves and thus see the
unconditional value of life within us, which neither requires comparison with others nor depends upon
our transient appearance."
