Since 26 October 2010, I totaly used 20 hour to do my assignment and as a result, I felt mentaly tired all the way. Inside my dream, I dreamed enjoy doing gym, play badminton and chatting with my old buddies.… Continue

KOSEN-RUFU is our life's MISSION.

Sensei Guidance." KOSEN-RUFU," our True MISSION in this LIFE.

The Gohonzon is the concrete manifestation of the very existence of Nichiren Daishonin, who taught Kosen-rufu. Because of that, if you only practice gongyo and chant daimoku and don't take any other action for the sake of Kosen-rufu or improving your own life, the Gohonzon will not have it's true, full effect. If, however, you take actions to achieve Kosen-rufu, they will serve as extra power for your own life and help you… Continue

Parent Experience--Finding Best High School for My Daughter

My daughter and I will give a dual experience at our World Peace Prayer meeting on the first Sunday in November. This is my part:

In 1992, I moved in with my husband in East Cleveland, Ohio. Ever since then, I’ve been chanting Nam-myoho-renge-kyo with the determination that our city would shine as the great place it is and that lots of people there would chant and teach others to do it.

But I knew East Cleveland had flaws, including its school system. So I chanted that our… Continue

The Flowering of Creative Life Force

by SGI President Daisaku Ikeda

Today, I would like to discuss what I refer to as "creative life"--the creative impulse and capacities that are inherent in life itself.

I don't intend to enter into a difficult philosophical disquisition or try to offer universally applicable definitions. Rather, very simply, I would urge you, as you travel along the long and precious road of life, never to become gloomy travelers who are shadowed by a sense of failure or defeat. To this end, and… Continue

The Path of Human Revolution

Just read , the book 'The New Human Revolution' by Mentor Ikeda , chapter Courageous Endeavour, partially understand how one's daily Human Revolution should be

To remind myself , extract from chapter ' Courageous Endeavour ' reads:-

" The path of Human Revolution lies in an ongoing commitment to self-reflection and improvement based on the teachings of the Daishonin's Buddhism -- in striving each day to become a better person today than we were yesterday, even if only a… Continue

Been a Long Time

To All,
If Chanting could extend a day into 36 hours I'd do it in a second.

Realizing that it's been forever since I posted anything.

Dealing with two Parents that need help gets to be overwhelming at times.

Chanting for Strength right now. As doing everyting all by myself tends to weaken me Physically.

I Hope That Your Lives are Going Well.

Human Revolution

If I didn't chant, I wouldn't be able to have dialogue with people when I am mad. I would probably, seeing as though I have in the past, get mad all the time. Now, thanks to the SGI and President Ikeda, I just chant about it and realize that this is just my fundamental darkness trying to keep me from being happy. Well dang it! I will not back down FD!!!! I will chant to my hearts content and continue to twirl my flag and fight for kosen rufu even if it means doing it alone. "I may be alone, but… Continue
