Hi Betty...Colonics have been an excellent way for me to help my clients but just before I started spending so much time in Trinidad with my parents I came across the Enagic Transformational Alkaline water Device. It has forever changed the depth at which I can help myself, my clients and their families and how they can help other too. You might want to check my Kangen water website at: www.watercleanse.yourbodyiswater.com. Hope to hear from you soon. Marcia

Good Day Frankie; I am in agreement with you! One of the things that I have going in my favor is I laugh a lot and has been told I have a beautiful smile, which I , in the past have been so busy taking care others that I forget how attractive I am when I take the time to look at myself in the mirror- You have such a beautiful heart which can be felt through your emails! Thanks for your compassion and deep understanding! Your friend Betty

Hi Betty,

The Value Of A Smile
by Author Unknown

A smile cost nothing, but gives much.

It enriches those who receive,
without making poorer those who give.
It takes but a moment,
but the memory of it sometimes lasts forever.

None is so rich or mighty that he can get along without it,
and none is so poor but that he can be made rich by it.

A smile creates happiness in the home,
fosters good will in business,
and is the countersign of friendship.
It brings rest to the weary,
cheer to the discouraged,
sunshine to the sad,
and is nature's best antidote for trouble.

Yet it cannot be bought, begged, borrowed, or stolen,
for it is something that is of no value to anyone
until it is given away.

Some people are too tired to give you a smile.
Give them one of yours,
as none needs a smile so much as he who has no more to give.

Hi Betty,
I am grateful to have you as my friend. We are no doubt thousand of miles apart but because of this Nichiren Daihonin's teachings, our heart is as close as our neighbor next door. Once again thank you for being my friend in faith and we can learn more and spiritually support each other. Would love to visit Bermuda one day.

Thanks for that translation. And thanks for the idea of searching online for the translation of Gongyo. There is so much to learn. I've used the SGI website for the last few months for learning material. I just started to go to meetings with my District. We've had some bad weather and a few of our meeting were canceled. Thanks for your support. .

Hi Betty,

You are most welcome. I feel very very happy today. What a feeling(joy)! Tremendous joy!. I received a text message from a new convert (A British who married a Malaysian wife) whom I shakubuku on August 16, 09. He had problems which he tried to solve for 2 years but he couldn't. He chanted Nam-myoho-renge-kyo for one month and his problems was solved.

His text message to me:
"Hi Frankie, thank u for your kind words & your help & support. If anyone needs convincing about Nichiren Buddhism, tell them to talk to me. Its teachings has changed my life forever. Many thanks to u and Willie. (from Ian Kilby)

Would like to share my joy with you.

Frankie.

impetus for growth and development and I am very happy to hear that you are bouncing back and working for Kosen Rufu through your shakabuku efforts, This shows your determination to win and you can now consider yourself as having added ammunition as I would be sending you continuous daimoku
