Hey!

Yeah it was really nice and emotional the last day. We had this encouraging from Jatsu (or I don't know who to write it. The youth responsible of Europe) where he encouraged us to be strong, in our head and believes, as also in our body. That we really should take care of ourselves, eat healthy things.

Then mister Takahashi said we got a message from Sensei: He thanks us a lot for our efforts and he congratulate us!

Also mister Takahashi encouraged us with the words: Go challenge yourself, and I hope next time we meet, we'll have at least one victory.

So that was really really nice.

Then everybody could grab the microphone, and share a determination with everyone.

It was so nice! I really couldn't stop crying one moment. It was really a very good course.

Do you have soms after-Trets - experiences? It said, after you done a Trets-course, when you go back, you can have some wonderful experiences.

Love!
Sara
