About Me (tell us a little bit about yourself):
I started practicing Nichiren Buddhism in 1972. Particpated in YWD Kotekitai and Chorus. As a WD member, I have participated as a district leader. I am now a general member, and my main love of activity is to visit with members. I also volunteer in my community, and I love to study about new finds in the fields of archaeology and science.
Why do you desire to join SGIBuddhism.org? Pls answer fully. DO NOT leave blank

My political perspective has mightily changed since my last blog. I am now thoroughly convinced that the grassroots movement is the only real movement for the people. I respect many people in office, and I'm happy with the efforts of our present adminstration, but I know how the real changes are going to happen in my community. Well, after much daimoku and reading of the World Tribune,… Continue

Hi Lydia - I am a member in Singapore. Have been practicing since 1985. I have a nephew Gan Kwang Lee who is going to attend college in Syracuse this September. He is also a member. I thought it would a good idea for me to find some members in the area so he can have good positive Buddhist friends in a new place. Thanks !
